By accepting the Artist Registration, Representation and Services Terms, the Artist authorises Manoth to use Submitted Materials as part of Manoth’s own commercial portfolio and service offering.
This means Manoth may present the Artist’s act or professional service as a service:

Submitting material does not, by itself, transfer copyright ownership to Manoth.
The Artist retains any copyright the Artist legally owns, while granting Manoth the commercial promotional licence described in the Artist Terms.
Manoth does not claim to have personally created an Artist’s underlying performance, photograph or video unless Manoth created, commissioned or acquired that content.

An Artist may request that Manoth discontinue future use of particular materials.
We will assess such requests under:
- applicable data-protection law;
- the Artist Terms;
- existing contractual obligations;
- our legal rights;
- the basis on which the content was processed; and
- whether the material has already been incorporated into completed campaigns.
A request may not require us to:
- recall printed catalogues already distributed;
- retrieve proposals already sent to clients;
- remove completed event recaps where continued use remains lawful;
- delete records required for legal claims;
- delete accounting or contractual records;
- remove archived evidence;
- control copies independently reposted by third parties; or
- immediately eliminate material from backup systems.
Where removal is required, we will take reasonable steps within the period required by applicable law.
