Artist Registration, Representation and Services Terms
1. Introduction
ARTIST REGISTRATION, REPRESENTATION AND SERVICES TERMS
These Artist Registration, Representation and Services Terms, referred to as the “Terms,” govern applications, registrations, communications, promotional representation, introductions, bookings and related services provided through Manoth Agency.
Manoth Agency is a talent and entertainment agency brand operated by Manoth for Events Organizing and Managing Co. LLC, referred to in these Terms as “Manoth,” “Manoth Agency,” “we,” “us” or “our.”
The person, artist, performer, group representative or authorised company submitting an application is referred to as the “Artist,” “you” or “your.”
By submitting an application, selecting the acceptance checkbox, sending materials to Manoth, accepting a booking or continuing to participate in the Manoth talent network, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood these Terms;
- you agree to be legally bound by them;
- the information you provide is complete and accurate;
- you have the authority to enter into these Terms; and
- where you apply for a group, company, band or performance team, you have authority to bind or represent all relevant members.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not submit an application, send promotional materials or accept booking opportunities through Manoth.
2. Eligibility
You may apply to Manoth Agency if you are:
- at least 18 years old;
- legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- legally authorised to perform or provide the relevant services;
- the lawful representative of the applying artist, company, group or team; or
- the parent or legal guardian of an applicant under 18 years old.
Applicants under 18 may only participate with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and subject to all applicable permits, safeguarding requirements and legal restrictions.
We may request proof of age, identity, residence, visa status, work authorisation, professional licences, permits, insurance or authority to represent a group.
3. Application to the Talent Network
Submitting an application is free unless we expressly state otherwise before submission.
An application does not create an automatic right to:
- join the Manoth talent network;
- receive representation;
- receive employment;
- receive auditions;
- receive bookings;
- appear on our website;
- receive a minimum number of opportunities; or
- receive any payment.
We may accept, reject, suspend, archive or remove an application or artist profile at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
We are not required to provide reasons for rejecting an application or deciding not to present an Artist for a particular opportunity.
4. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information and materials provided to Manoth are accurate, current and not misleading.
This includes:
- your legal name and stage name;
- contact details;
- age and nationality;
- location and availability;
- professional experience;
- skills and performance abilities;
- measurements and appearance information;
- photographs and videos;
- portfolio links;
- social media links;
- rates and pricing;
- equipment requirements;
- visa and work status;
- licences and permits;
- group membership; and
- previous client or venue experience.
You must promptly inform us of any material change.
Manoth may verify information supplied by you, contact references, review publicly available information and request supporting documentation.
Providing false, misleading, altered or unauthorised information may result in immediate removal from the talent network and cancellation of pending opportunities.
5. Nature of the Relationship
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, your relationship with Manoth is that of an independent service provider.
Nothing in these Terms creates:
- an employment relationship;
- a partnership;
- a joint venture;
- a franchise;
- a fiduciary relationship;
- a permanent exclusive agency;
- a guaranteed representation arrangement; or
- an entitlement to employee benefits.
You are responsible for your own professional activities, registrations, taxes, permits, visas, insurance, assistants, equipment and legal compliance unless a booking confirmation expressly assigns a particular responsibility to Manoth or the client.
You may generally work with other agencies and clients unless a specific booking confirmation or separate representation agreement contains an exclusivity obligation.
6. Services Provided by Manoth
Depending on suitability, availability and business requirements, Manoth may provide some or all of the following services:
- reviewing and storing Artist profiles;
- presenting Artists to clients;
- including Artists in proposals, presentations, catalogues and pitch materials;
- promoting Artist services under the Manoth brand;
- responding to client enquiries;
- recommending Artists for events and projects;
- negotiating commercial terms;
- coordinating availability;
- issuing booking confirmations;
- coordinating schedules, rehearsals and event information;
- collecting payment from clients;
- paying agreed Artist fees;
- arranging or coordinating production requirements;
- creating entertainment packages;
- combining multiple Artists into a single service offering;
- recording or commissioning promotional content; and
- providing administrative or booking support.
Manoth is not required to provide every service to every Artist.
7. No Guarantee of Bookings
Joining or being listed in the Manoth talent network does not guarantee bookings, minimum income, regular work or any particular level of exposure.
Artist selection may depend on:
- client requirements;
- event concept;
- performance category;
- experience;
- appearance or costume requirements;
- location;
- availability;
- budget;
- technical requirements;
- language ability;
- previous performance history;
- reliability;
- professional conduct; and
- suitability for the specific project.
Clients may reject an Artist without providing reasons.
8. Authority to Promote and Present Services
By joining the Manoth talent network, you authorise Manoth to:
- present you and your services to existing and potential clients;
- describe, market, package and promote your services under the Manoth Agency or Manoth Entertainment brands;
- include your services within Manoth’s own entertainment packages and commercial proposals;
- submit your profile, biography, pricing, portfolio and materials to clients;
- communicate with clients regarding your availability and suitability;
- negotiate proposed commercial terms on your behalf;
- create package prices that include Artist fees, agency fees, production costs, coordination fees and commercial mark-ups; and
- market your performance as a service available, coordinated, supplied or represented through Manoth.
Manoth may describe your services as part of Manoth’s own service portfolio, meaning that the services are marketed, packaged, managed or supplied commercially through Manoth.
This does not transfer authorship of your original creative works to Manoth unless a separate written assignment expressly provides otherwise.
9. Client Prices, Mark-Ups and Agency Revenue
Manoth may determine the final price charged to the client.
The final client price may include:
- the Artist’s agreed fee;
- Manoth’s commission;
- coordination and management fees;
- transport;
- accommodation;
- permits;
- rehearsal costs;
- equipment;
- costumes;
- production;
- staffing;
- insurance;
- taxes;
- contingency costs; and
- a commercial mark-up.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Artist is entitled only to the specific Artist fee confirmed by Manoth.
The Artist has no entitlement to:
- the total amount charged to the client;
- disclosure of Manoth’s profit margin;
- Manoth’s commission;
- package pricing;
- client management fees; or
- revenue relating to other performers or services.
Manoth may act as an agency, intermediary, booking coordinator, service provider, reseller or principal contractor depending on the booking structure.
10. Booking Offers and Acceptance
An enquiry, availability request, shortlist request or preliminary discussion does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking becomes binding only when Manoth issues a written confirmation or when the Artist otherwise accepts a clear written booking instruction from Manoth.
A booking confirmation may include:
- event date;
- call time;
- performance time;
- venue;
- duration;
- number of sets;
- Artist fee;
- transport arrangements;
- accommodation;
- costumes;
- technical requirements;
- rehearsal requirements;
- payment terms;
- cancellation terms; and
- special client instructions.
The Artist must review the booking information carefully and immediately report any error or inability to comply.
The booking confirmation and any specific written booking agreement will prevail over these general Terms where there is a direct conflict.
11. Artist Obligations
For every confirmed booking, the Artist must:
- arrive at the required location on time;
- remain available for the confirmed duration;
- perform professionally and to an appropriate standard;
- follow reasonable instructions from Manoth, the client, venue and authorised production team;
- comply with venue rules and safety requirements;
- wear the approved costume or attire;
- bring the agreed equipment;
- attend required rehearsals and sound checks;
- remain sober and fit to perform;
- avoid conduct that could damage Manoth or the client’s reputation;
- treat clients, guests, staff and other performers respectfully;
- keep booking information confidential;
- avoid unauthorised recording or posting;
- comply with applicable laws, permits and cultural standards;
- immediately report delays, illness, accidents or problems; and
- avoid replacing themselves without Manoth’s prior written approval.
The Artist must not solicit tips, additional payments, gifts or private work from a client during an event unless Manoth has expressly authorised it.
12. Professional Standards
The Artist must not engage in:
- harassment;
- discrimination;
- violence;
- threatening conduct;
- intoxication;
- illegal drug use;
- theft;
- fraud;
- abusive communication;
- unauthorised photography;
- disclosure of confidential information;
- deliberate damage;
- unsafe performance practices; or
- conduct that could reasonably harm the reputation of Manoth, the client or the venue.
Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal from the event, non-payment, termination from the talent network and a claim for resulting losses.
13. Permits, Visas and Legal Authorisation
The Artist is responsible for maintaining any required:
- passport;
- residence visa;
- work permit;
- freelance permit;
- labour authorisation;
- entertainment permit;
- professional licence;
- travel visa;
- insurance;
- medical clearance; and
- equipment certification.
Where Manoth agrees to organise a particular permit or authorisation, the Artist must promptly provide all required documents and accurate information.
The Artist must not perform where doing so would violate immigration, employment, licensing or other applicable requirements.
14. Artist Fees and Payment
The Artist fee will be stated in the relevant booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- payment is subject to successful completion of the booking;
- the Artist must provide any invoice, receipt, identification or bank details reasonably requested;
- payment may be dependent on Manoth receiving correct documentation;
- Manoth may deduct authorised advances, penalties, damages, reimbursements or amounts owed by the Artist;
- transfer fees or bank charges may be deducted where applicable; and
- the Artist is responsible for declaring and paying their own taxes.
A delay caused by incorrect bank details, missing documents, compliance reviews or circumstances outside Manoth’s reasonable control will not constitute a breach by Manoth.
15. Artist Cancellation
After accepting a confirmed booking, the Artist must not cancel except where performance is genuinely impossible due to serious illness, emergency or force majeure.
The Artist must notify Manoth immediately and provide reasonable supporting evidence where requested.
Where an Artist cancels without an accepted justification, arrives materially late, fails to attend or refuses to perform, Manoth may:
- cancel the Artist’s fee;
- recover advance payments;
- recover reasonable replacement costs;
- recover transport, production or permit costs;
- offset amounts against future payments;
- remove the Artist from the network; and
- claim direct losses caused by the breach.
Manoth may require the Artist to assist in finding a suitable replacement, but no replacement may be confirmed without Manoth’s approval.
16. Client Cancellation and Changes
Clients may change, postpone or cancel events.
Any payment due to the Artist following cancellation will depend on:
- the booking confirmation;
- the reason for cancellation;
- the timing of the cancellation;
- sums received from the client;
- non-refundable costs; and
- any applicable cancellation agreement.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, Manoth is not required to pay an Artist amounts that are not payable by, or have not been recovered from, the client.
Manoth may modify performance schedules, call times, costumes, number of sets or production details where reasonably required, provided the essential nature of the booking is not fundamentally changed without the Artist’s agreement.
17. Non-Circumvention and Client Protection
Where Manoth introduces an Artist to a client, venue, organiser, supplier or business contact, the Artist must not intentionally bypass Manoth to obtain direct or indirect work from that contact.
Unless Manoth gives written permission, the Artist must not independently accept, solicit, negotiate or arrange services with an introduced contact for a period of 12 months following the most recent introduction, booking or communication made through Manoth.
This restriction applies to bookings made:
- directly;
- through another agent;
- through another company;
- through a group member;
- through a family member;
- through a personal assistant; or
- through any other intermediary.
Where an introduced client contacts the Artist directly, the Artist must notify Manoth promptly.
A breach may entitle Manoth to recover the commission, mark-up or commercial revenue it would reasonably have earned, together with direct losses and enforcement costs, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Submitted Materials
“Submitted Materials” means everything supplied, uploaded, emailed, messaged, linked or otherwise made available to Manoth by or on behalf of the Artist, including:
- photographs;
- videos;
- showreels;
- audio recordings;
- music;
- graphics;
- logos;
- biographies;
- stage names;
- testimonials;
- portfolio materials;
- social media content;
- performance footage;
- costume images;
- technical riders;
- promotional text; and
- other creative or professional materials.
19. Licence to Use Submitted Materials
By submitting any materials to Manoth, the Artist grants Manoth and its affiliated brands a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive and continuing licence to:
- copy;
- store;
- reproduce;
- publish;
- display;
- distribute;
- transmit;
- upload;
- download;
- crop;
- resize;
- edit;
- retouch;
- subtitle;
- translate;
- adapt;
- combine with other materials;
- add graphics, music, logos or text;
- watermark;
- create promotional edits;
- use in proposals and presentations;
- use in advertisements;
- use on websites and social media;
- use in printed catalogues;
- use in digital campaigns;
- share with clients and potential clients; and
- otherwise use the Submitted Materials to promote, advertise, market, package, offer, sell and provide the Artist’s services and Manoth’s services.
Manoth-branded promotion
The Artist expressly agrees that all Submitted Materials may be used by Manoth:
- under the Manoth Agency or Manoth Entertainment name;
- as part of Manoth’s own portfolio;
- as part of Manoth’s own service catalogue;
- in Manoth-branded proposals;
- in Manoth advertising;
- in client presentations;
- to represent the Artist’s service as a service offered, arranged, managed or supplied through Manoth; and
- to promote the Artist’s services commercially as part of Manoth’s own entertainment offering.
Manoth may place its logo, brand identity, contact information and promotional wording on the Submitted Materials.
Manoth is not required to identify the original photographer, videographer, producer or creator unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
The Artist will not receive an additional licence fee, royalty or compensation for this promotional use unless separately agreed.
20. Name, Image, Voice and Likeness Consent
The Artist authorises Manoth to use the Artist’s:
- legal name;
- stage name;
- professional title;
- biography;
- photograph;
- physical appearance;
- image;
- likeness;
- voice;
- recorded performance;
- testimonials; and
- professional achievements
for the purposes of marketing, booking, promoting and presenting the Artist and Manoth’s services.
This consent includes use in:
- websites;
- social media;
- advertisements;
- brochures;
- catalogues;
- client proposals;
- pitch decks;
- email campaigns;
- messaging applications;
- digital displays;
- event recaps;
- press materials; and
- internal databases.
The Artist understands that online materials may be shared, copied or reposted by third parties outside Manoth’s control.
21. Event Photography and Recording
Unless prohibited by the client or venue, Manoth may photograph, film, livestream or otherwise record the Artist during rehearsals, performances, backstage preparations and events.
The Artist grants Manoth the right to use such recordings for:
- event documentation;
- portfolio purposes;
- commercial promotion;
- social media;
- advertising;
- press coverage;
- client proposals;
- showreels; and
- internal training.
The Artist is not entitled to additional payment for such use unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
22. Artist Ownership Warranty
The Artist confirms that:
- the Artist owns the Submitted Materials or has obtained all necessary rights and permissions;
- Manoth’s permitted use will not infringe another person’s rights;
- all photographers, videographers, producers, designers, musicians and other contributors have authorised the relevant use;
- all identifiable persons shown in the materials have provided appropriate consent;
- materials involving minors have valid parent or guardian consent;
- the materials do not violate confidentiality obligations;
- the materials are not false, defamatory, unlawful or misleading; and
- the Artist has the authority to grant the rights described in these Terms.
The Artist must not submit copyrighted music, photographs, video footage, logos or other material without appropriate permission.
23. Removal Requests
An Artist may request that Manoth stop using particular materials in future campaigns by submitting a written request identifying the material.
Subject to applicable law, Manoth may require reasonable time to process the request.
A removal request will not require Manoth to:
- recall printed materials already distributed;
- delete completed client proposals;
- remove lawful archived records;
- remove material from completed campaigns;
- retrieve copies shared by third parties;
- delete evidence required for legal or accounting purposes; or
- remove materials Manoth is otherwise legally entitled or required to retain.
Termination from the talent network does not automatically revoke rights already granted for materials previously created, published, distributed or incorporated into completed promotional work.
24. Confidentiality
The Artist must keep confidential all non-public information obtained through Manoth, including:
- client identities;
- client contact details;
- venue contacts;
- booking prices;
- Manoth’s margins;
- proposals;
- contracts;
- event concepts;
- guest information;
- production plans;
- schedules;
- security arrangements;
- unreleased campaigns;
- artist lists; and
- business methods.
The Artist may use confidential information only to perform the relevant booking.
The confidentiality obligation continues after a booking ends and after removal from the talent network.
25. Social Media and Public Communications
The Artist must not publish confidential event information, client names, guest images, backstage footage, booking prices or venue information without permission.
Where posting is permitted, the Artist must:
- follow client and venue instructions;
- avoid misleading statements;
- avoid suggesting a direct client relationship where Manoth arranged the booking;
- tag or credit Manoth when reasonably requested;
- avoid publishing before an agreed release time; and
- remove content where required due to confidentiality, privacy, safety or client restrictions.
26. Personal Data

The Artist must not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through the general application form.
27. Communications
The Artist authorises Manoth to communicate by:
- email;
- telephone;
- WhatsApp;

- other electronic communication methods.
Messages may concern:
- application status;
- profile updates;
- auditions;

- changes to these Terms.
The Artist is responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and checking communications regularly.

The Artist agrees that:
- selecting an acceptance checkbox;
- submitting an application;
- replying “confirmed” or similar wording;
- accepting through WhatsApp or email;
- providing an electronic signature; or
- attending and performing a confirmed booking
may constitute electronic acceptance of these Terms or a booking, subject to applicable law.
Manoth may retain electronic records of submissions, timestamps, messages, confirmations, IP information and acceptance history as evidence of the transaction.
29. Intellectual Property Belonging to Manoth
All rights in the following remain owned by Manoth or its licensors:

- breaches confidentiality;
- bypasses Manoth;

Removal does not affect rights, payment obligations, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property licences, indemnities or claims arising before removal.

Where Manoth is legally liable in connection with a particular booking, Manoth’s aggregate liability will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the Artist fee payable for that booking.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
34. Artist Indemnity
The Artist agrees to indemnify and hold Manoth, its owners, employees, representatives and affiliates harmless against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, damages and costs arising from:

40. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
